Basic Returns Information
Types of returns that you can request from Sole Source Technology, LLC Customer
Service: Replacement returns of products damaged on arrival (DOA) - If you have
a COD account, Sole Source Technology, LLC ships the replacement product as
soon as the damaged product is received back at Sole source Technology, LLC.
Cross-Shipment returns of DOA products - If you have a net-terms open account, Sole
Source Technology, LLC ships the replacement product immediately; you ship the
damaged product, and the packages cross in transit.
Credit returns of undamaged products - Credit returns may be available
depending on a variety of conditions. You ship the product; when received, Sole
Source Technology, LLC credits your account. Custom-configured products cannot
be returned for credit.
Products not authorized for return shall be defined as "over-goods."
Over-goods may be returned to you at your expense or may, in Sole Source
Technology’s exclusive discretion, issue a credit for the last purchase price,
or the current price or the cost of goods less a 15 percent handling fee. Sole
Source Technology, LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage to over-goods.
Products returned for any reason other than Dead on Arrival (DOA) or as
defective must be in resalable condition, complete and unused, and the outer
seal must not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been opened
or re-taped are not eligible for return and will be refused.
All orders that require configuration or assembly of product to meet customer
specifications are non-cancelable. These orders are custom built to meet a
specific customer's need and may not be canceled. The customer is responsible
for the full payment of the order once a purchase order has been sent to Sole
Source Technology, LLC.
Additional requirements include
Accounts must be current to receive RMA # for a stock balance return.
End-of-Life product cannot be returned.
OEM product cannot be returned.
All returns must be received by Sole Source Technology, LLC within 30 days from
the date the RMA number is issued. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days.
All computer systems returned as DOA or defective will be tested; other
products returned as DOA or defective may be tested. Products found not to be DOA
or defective will be subject to return to the customer at the customer's
expense. In order for Sole Source Technology, LLC to process your claim most
efficiently: Contact your local carrier office and advise them that you have a
damaged product that needs to be picked up and returned to Sole Source Technology,
LLC. Provide them with the information requested on the Damaged Reference and
"MT" Box Returns Form. An inspector should contact with you
within 3 days. They should pick up the damaged package or empty box, leave a
call tag-pick up receipt, and return the product back to Sole Source Technology,
LLC. Please keep this receipt for your records in case the product is not
returned to Sole Source Technology, LLC. In the event that the inspection does
not take place, or your product is not picked up within five (5) business days
of your initial call, please contact Sole Source Technology, LLC Customer
Service at 949-707-2090.

All of Sole Source Technology, LLC’s flash and memory products are guaranteed
against defects for the lifetime of the product, hard disk drives receive a 3-year warranty against defects. Sole Source Technology, LLC makes no
representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with
respect to products sold on this site. Except as expressly stated herein, Sole
Source Technology, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied,
of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not
limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree
that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Sole Source Technology, LLC
arising from any product sold on this site shall be the price of product
ordered. In no event shall Sole Source Technology, LLC its directors, officers,
employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential,
or punitive damages related to product sold. Please read all packaging
